Adding sound to a state

I´m trying to figure out how to add sound to a state. Can someone please help me out? I have a slide where my caracter say that "You can get more information about this and that if...
thank you...for some reason I now see them all clearly, I had to close the file and reopen, I guess it was just buggy. Thank you for your help :)
