Additional layers in my question bank slides not working when I publish.
Hoping for some assistance. In one of my products, I added a graphic to each of my question bank slides. On the graphic are buttons to open additional layers to show more information (these layers are separate from the "feedback" slide. When I preview in Storyline this function works. However, as soon as the product is added to RISE in both preview and publish the functionality is not working.
Hoping for some help!!! TIA

Sorry to hear your Storyline Block is not playing back as expected in Rise 360!
Thank you for sharing your .story file. I was able to reproduce the same behavior, only sporadically, when testing on my end. I'd like our support engineers to have a closer look at this issue, so I've opened a support case on your behalf.

Hi Steven - I resolved this by deleting the buttons and re-creating them. Bit of a pain but it worked.
