Adjusting Team Members Rights in Rise 360

Hi all,

I am working in a team of two where we both have a creators license and my colleague is the primary admin - see pic1.
The problem: Although my colleague is the primary admin he doesn't get all the menu functions when clicking on the editing menu of a course in the course overview.  He would like to duplicate a course but the menu entry does not show up in his view - see pic2.
When I log in, I get a lot more functions to choose from - see pic3.
I thought I can adjust permissions of team members via >Account >>Team but I couldn't find a way to edit team member rights there.

 I thought this might be because at first I was the only team member and I thought I had "appointed" him primary admin sometime later, but in the user guide I read that the primary admin can't be changed, so I am not sure about this any more - it's been quite some time since I have been working on this project.

Anyway, what do I have to do to grant the rights I have also to my colleague?
Any help on this is really appreciated,

    BCH-editor​ pretty sure if you give them manager rights in the actual course you get all the options...
