Ads in YouTube embeds

Our institution uses Canvas LMS, and we deliver Rise courses via SCORM via Canvas. Our courses involve a lot of YouTube embeds, and recently, as ads on Youtube have become heavier, longer and unskippable, this has begun to interfere with the learner experience.

Canvas recently introduced integration between Canvas Studio and YouTube’s Player for Education. This means that YouTube videos in Canvas Studio will stream:

• without distractions, recommendations, or links back to YouTube.
• with viewers remaining anonymous to YouTube through a “signed-out” viewing state. 
• with captioning from YouTube to maintain accessibility.

Are there any plans for something similar in Rise? At the moment this is the biggest problem with Rise that would drive us to dropping Rise and moving the content to Canvas direct delivery - I suspect we're not the only ones. Thank you.
