AI assistant window
Hi, I'm having an issue using the AI assistant. Whenever I click on a command, the AI window appears briefly, then disappears. If I hover over the icon pinned to my task bar, it appears again, then goes away after 5 seconds. Anyone else having issues, or know what I can do about it?

Sounds like a glitch possibly caused by using multiple monitors (similar behavior is well known and appears when using the color picker tool). Try using SL360 only on one monitor (disconnect the other displays) and see if the behavior continues.
You may also need to uninstall and reinstall the software; see this thread for a detailed description of how to do this if you aren't sure.

Hi there, that fixed it! It is unfortunate that I can't use my second monitor, but it works if I isolate it as you suggest. Thanks so much for the help.
