I am currently using the AI voice in Storyline, Charlie Australian accent. In RISE, there doesn't seem to be an Australian accent AI voice. Will there be one in the future.

If you open AI Audio, then View all voices, you can search for an Australian voice. Here's a quick demo. I hope this helps!
