AI Disappeared

one of my users suddenly lost access to the AI functions. So i reviewed and did everything that was brought up in a previous discussion. Sign in and out, reboot, reinstall. But nothing is working. so...

We're monitoring an issue where AI features may not work or are slow to load in Storyline 360 and Rise 360. We're working closely with our vendor to ensure a solution is in place as soon as possible! Please feel free to check our Status page and Subscribe to Updates. If the issue persists once this is fully resolved, please let us know so we can take a closer look at what's going on!

    I am currently experiencing this issue. I do not see the icons for AI Image, AI Audio, among other missing icons in my Insert ribbon.

      So sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing AI Assistant!

      That shouldn't be happening, and checking your subscription I do see that AI Assistant is active for your account.

      I'd like to connect you with our support engineers so they can work with you directly. I've opened a support case on your behalf and we can continue the conversation there!
