AI generation stuck and wont continue
I try to reload or create a new one, but it always gets stuck at lesson one for the whole night, with no progress. What can I do to progress it to the next step?

If your lesson keeps freezing at step one, try clearing cache/cookies, switching browser or device, disabling extensions, and checking for updates. If it still won’t progress, contact the platform’s support team to reset or advance your progress.
Maybe there's something in the source document that AI can't interrogate, like maybe video?
NO they are pure TEXT cotnent as only a deck of SOP

- You mentioned the content is purely text. What is the file type that you are using? I recommend confirming that your content file is included in our list of supported file types.
