All images disappeared

Hi Karina,

Thanks so much for those details, and I'm sorry this is giving you headaches. 

Here's how you can import the slides into a new file:

  1. Open a new Storyline file.  
  2. Go to the File tab on the Storyline ribbon, scroll to Import, and click Storyline.
  3. Browse to the original Storyline file you want to import and click Open.
