Allow/Disallow dragging seekbar only on selected slides

I have seekbar enabled on all the slides. Since I am using the modern player, dragging seekbar is allowed. So learners can drag the seekbar as per their choice. However, for some slid...
I think this feature might be very useful as I deal with quite a few videos, so please add me to this feature request.
