Alternate text grayed out
Does anyone know why when you open accessibility for images, etc. the text is there, but grayed out? To me, it looks like it is ready to go, but when you go to adjust Focus Order, it doesn't show up...

I'm happy to help here! In Storyline 360's Focus Order, if an object doesn't have alternate text, screen readers will read the name of that object as it appears in the timeline.
The grayed-out text in the Accessibility options shows the object's name in the Storyline timeline. Screen readers will read this text out unless you edit it, and once edited, it also shows up in the Focus Order window. Here's a screen recording illustrating this.
