Hi Doris. Just an FYI, but there are a couple of options for incorporating video with transparent backgrounds in SL.
For a super short animated character clip, you can try an animated GIF. GIFs tend to be large however, for what they contain, and have some behavioral problems in SL.
For a more robust solution, you can use a WEBM (chrome, ff, edge, etc.) or HEVC (Safari browser only) format embedded into a web object. Once you key out the greenscreen in whatever software, render it into the desired format. You can do transparent WEBM in Premiere Pro with an optional plugin. You can overlay the WO onto other objects or images to get your final look.
