Animating contents of a scrollbar
Is it possible to animate scrollbars content? Inside the scrollbar contains an excel table where i discuss a portion then the discussion shifts to another portion. I was hoping to move the scrollbar...

It moves the scroll handle of a specified scrollbar to a variable position proportional to its contents (from 0 to 1).
