I think I know what you are trying to do. When I do my excel sheet, I have 4 answers, 1 correct and 3 wrong. The correct gets the "*" in front of the answer. Then for each wrong answer I put the "|" after the answer and the reason it is wrong after it. When the learner answers wrong, they get the reason. I think this is your goal.
