Answer variant depending on laptop vs tablet
We have a quiz that when an answer is typed in on a laptop is marked correct, but when answered on a tablet is marked incorrect. Any ideas on why this might happen?

Thanks for reporting this issue regarding a different quiz result between your laptop and tablet. That behavior does sound strange and is a great troubleshooting opportunity for our support team!
Would you be willing to share a copy of your Storyline file in a support case so our Customer Support Engineers can take a look at it? We'll delete it when we're done testing! Kindly include the following details as well:
- Laptop model and operating system
- Tablet model and operating system
- Affected slide number/s
