Hi there! I am designing my first course in Rise and it's around Anti-Harassment. Does anyone have any resources, animations, or GIFs I could use? The content is built, and I have added several interactive components but it's definitely missing other design features, pictures, animations, etc. Thank you!!

For this part I highly recommend Vyond. You can simply create animated pictures for the course content and download them as a gif. I also written about this here.
As it so happens, I just created a course about harassement at the work place and I used Vyond to recreate typical scenes as well.
Otherwise, like Louis already recommended, there are tons of websites for free and paid stuff to download assets from.
