Applying formatted template to imported questions moves the answer boxes... sometimes!

I figured out, by process of elimination, that it was the text size that was causing this.
I had a text size of 16, which apparently was the issue... even though this makes no sense at all.
When the text size was the default 14, the question answers weren't mixed up and the indentation wasn't present.
