Archive courses to new folders does not remove from All Content view

Hi, this is a new discussion about an old topic.

Let me start by saying I am a relatively new user of Rise360 so if this has already been solved, feel free to move on.

I had created a new folder to archive some older iterations of couses that a colleague and I have worked on. The point of this exercise was to see if (as pointed out in various other discussion boards) if the archived course still remained in the All Content view. 

The answer is yes! Which defeats the purpose of creating an archive folder and only wanting to show the final versions in the All Content area.

A simple solution that I wanted to share is to change the folder to the FINAL Versions. At least that way you are only one click away from seeing the grouped courses that you are after. I hope this helps someone.
