Archiving and moving courses to folders
I have created many courses in Rise. I would like to archive them in folders so they don't show up on the main screen. It's getting very cluttered and difficult to find what I need, with seemingly endless scrolling.
I am able to create new folders easily and move courses into those folders. However, the course remain on the main page. If I delete a course from the main page (assuming it will remain in the new folder) it deletes everywhere. This really defeats the purpose of having folders!
How do I move things off the main page and into a folder, so I can de-clutter the main page?

There are so many complaints and requests for this basic capability and no reply whatsoever from Articulate support. It doesn't seem that anyone cares at Articulate, what a shame.
Any updates on this...it's very cumbersome and seems like a logical fix to me. Let's go Articulate!
Given how important team folders, archiving and version control are to our productivity, can you please give us some idea about when this functionality will be available?
I also would like the ability to archive old courses and have courses I place in folders be removed from the All Content screen. I just submitted a feature request for this.

Seconding this. We have multiple developers and the lack of shared folders is really challenging.
Alternatively, if we could have a file name that is not displayed on the top of the course, we'd be able to at least work around this by creating numbered or folder-style course names.

Okay everyone, it is there and we have the ability to move to our folders. On the dashboard hover over your course until you see the 3 horizontal button and then click on those. There you will find "move" and when you click on that it will give you the folders.
I've found I can create a folder and create the materials in the folder and they aren't on my dashboard, however everything created before learning this is in my dashboard. PLEASE developers, how hard can it be? But then, I'm that computer savvy, so it may be very hard. This had been a request for several years. I would hope someone is working on this.
Hi - Adding a +1 to this feature request for folder organization and archiving functionality. This is also needed for version control efficiencies, which can be helped by copying a course and re-titling, but that only grows the number of courses/clutter on the main dashboard. Are there any updates you can share? Thanks!
Hi there, looks like this has been ongoing for quite a while. Are there any updates as I too just created an Archive folder, moved a few courses in there and noticed they still appear on my main Dashboard page. Thanks.
