Archiving old Review 360 projects?
Is there a way to archive old Review 360 projects? My team publishes a lot of courses there, and it's particularly difficult to find specific courses - barring search - without wading through every project we've ever published.
It's particularly cumbersome when you're trying to publish a from storyline and you know there's a course in Review 360 already, but the is unwieldy.
We don't necessarily want to delete projects, because we don't want to lose the comment history. We're just looking for a way to get the older projects out of the way. I guess we can create a folder in Review 360 and just move them there, but that doesn't necessarily fix the Storyline target problem.

You're correct - create a folder and move them there. But you might also consider changing the name of the now-archived file so that SL360 doesn't default to the existing name. So perhaps creating an archival structure that reflects both what is worked on, and when, during a given year or period could be a practical way to organize the team's work.
You might consider changing the comments to "invited users only," which could be a way to restrict further comments too.
Also, the course filename pulls from the title field in the Publish dialog, so be sure to change that when you start to update a course. I've found that that reduces a good deal of the frustration you describe
Hi Greg_Edwards_TH,
Great to see that JHauglie has been helping you!
Right now, archiving Review 360 links is not supported. I'm happy to share that we are tracking a feature request to introduce this functionality to the Review platform.
I've included your voice in that request so we can notify you as soon as we have updates to share.
