Are questions in knowledge check blocks scored by an LMS?

As stated above, Rise 360 courses do not report any data for Knowledge Check blocks to the LMS.
But for quizzes it does, correct?:)

That's right. Rise 360 courses report data for the quiz you select for tracking when you publish your course:
