Articuate Rise - Can you publish a .zip file without the file being compressed?

Any updates on this? We use SuccessFactors and have the same issue. All the .zip files created by Rise have to be extracted and rezipped otherwise the LMS will not take them. That only happens with Rise; we have Studio and Storyline courses too, and have no issues with those.
