Articulate Products

I want to know if anyone knows a vendor that resells Articulate products or another comparable product. Our license expires in 14 days, and my team and I have contacted Articulate several times to obtain a renewal quote. However, we received confirmation of the email and have not received the quote. We are a government agency and cannot purchase from ICS because we've exceeded our limit without having to create a solicitation (No time-expiring license). In any case, I am looking for an authorized reseller of the product, a number to contact Articulate or a comparable product.
