What else comes with Articulate 360?

For this onboarding video we're focused on the essentials to get you up and running. However, there's more to Articulate 360 than Rise and Storyline. Below is some more information on the other tools and how they're used.

Content Library

Leverage professional-looking templates, characters, icons, images, and other assets to build your e-learning courses. You access the Content Library 360 assets from inside the authoring applications.

Studio 360

This is the application that launched the rapid e-learning industry. It works inside of PowerPoint to convert slides into e-learning courses. It's still an excellent product but more of a legacy application and most people use Rise 360 and Storyline 360 instead. But if all you want to do is convert a PowerPoint into a trackable course, then it's worth looking at.

Replay 360

Sometimes you don't need to build a big course. All you need is a quick video tutorial or presentation. Replay captures your screen and webcam to produce a quick video presentation or guided tour. The output is an .MP4 so you can embed it in your other courses.

Peek 360

Quick way to record screencasts and share with others. Select a recording area, record, and it automatically gets uploaded to Review 360 and you're given a link to share. Use it for quick tutorials or a way to share ideas with your team. The .MP4 videos can be added to your Rise 360 and Storyline 360 courses.

Articulate Teams

This includes exclusive product features that make it easy for your team to collaborate on Storyline 360 and Rise 360 projects. They can build a shared collection of templates, slides, and scenes in Storyline 360. And in Rise 360, they can create and edit courses at the same time. They can also share custom block templates built from learning blocks.

We also offer some additional upgrades that speed up your course production and make distribution of your courses easier.

AI Assistant

AI Assistant accelerates online course creation, but doesn’t take it over. Our proprietary AI Assistant is built for instructional design, so you’ll get high-quality help, every time.

Reach 360

This is an add-on to Articulate 360.  It's an uncomplicated way to distribute training directly to external and hard-to reach learners such as contractors, partners, franchises, and deskless workers outside of your learning management system (LMS).  And if you don't have an LMS and want a flexible way to share your course, then give Reach 360 a try.
