If anyone is experiencing a similar issue, you may want to check if your Articulate 360 desktop app needs an update. Here's how:
- Select the Articulate icon in your computer’s system tray (It's usually near the clock, in the bottom-right corner)
- Right-click the icon and select Quit to close the app
- Open the Control Panel on your computer.
- Navigate to Programs > Programs and Features.
- Uninstall all Articulate 360 applications, including:
- Articulate 360 desktop app
- Storyline 360
- Download the latest version of the Articulate 360 desktop app.
- Right-click the installation file, choose Run as administrator, and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
- Once the desktop app is installed, open it and log in using your Articulate 360 credentials.
- Click the Install button next to Storyline 360 to download and install the latest version.
- Repeat this process for any other apps you need, such as Replay 360 or Peek 360.
