Articulate Storyline: Record Screen Option Greyed Out

Hello Everyone,

I hope this is not a duplicate but I couldn't find another discussion around this. The Record Screen option is now greyed out for me. I've tried both the "older" version and the Storyline x64 but they are both greyed out.

My versions are updated. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Please advise.

    Check to see if you're running the 64-bit Beta version of Storyline. If so, close the file and re-open it with the standard 32-bit version. (The 64-bit Beta version doesn't include screen recording at this time.)
