Audio cutting out. SL360 publish, on LMS

Thanks Kelly, I tend to agree it does sound like its not the file that is causing the issues. We are continuing to troubleshoot, and it may be to do with the clients work VPN, but that is unconfirmed at this point.
I just found it odd that whilst most VO was cutting out after a few seconds, some slides played with no issue, and with no obvious reason why.

If you need additional information to help you troubleshoot the behavior in your LMS, you can always enable the LMS debug logs for your course so you can check which event happens right before the issue occurs:
