Audio doesn't play in this video when I publish to Review

I have another similar situation. I have a video (mp4) that I want to insert into Rise and I don't want it to autoplay because it starts playing before the learner gets to that block. So, I put the video into a SL file, turned off the auto-play setting, added a slide before the slide with the video. On that first slide, I have a textbox the learner clicks to advance to the slide with the video.
Here's what happens:
When you click the SLide 1 to slide 2 button, it advances to the video. However, it displays with only the pause button active. If I click the Play button, within a half a second, it reverts back to pause.
As a further note - the video plays perfectly when I preview it in Storyline, it plays perfectly when I publish it to Review and play it from there. However, I can NOT get it to play inside the Rise course.
I have turned off auto-play. The learner is instructed how to play the video by clicking a button. However, on play all you get is the audio - NO video.
