Audio files not loading in RISE
I am having trouble with uploading audio files in RISE. I tried yesterday and today and the upload gets stuck on processing.

So sorry to hear you've run into this setback when uploading audio to Rise 360!
Our team recently identified, and resolved a bug that introduced behavior similar to what you've shared. This bug only impacted courses that had been duplicated and edited with the Google Chrome browser. Causing video files and recorded audio to get stuck in a 'processing' state. I'm happy to share that we are no longer observing this issue on our end!
However, if you're experiencing something different from the bug I've shared, I'm happy to continue troubleshooting with you. I have some follow-up questions to get us started:
- Does the behavior persist after clearing your browser's cache or using an incognito browser window?
- Do the affected audio files contain any special characters in their names, such as spaces or accent marks?
- Do your audio files fail to upload across all supported browsers, or is the issue specific to one?
