I apologize for the issues you are experiencing with your audio getting louder when publishing to Video.

It would be helpful if you could share your audio file with us either publicly here, or privately in a case so we can investigate further? We will delete it from our systems when troubleshooting is complete.

Other user here ... I'm not in a position to share the audio file I'm working with, but I can confidently report that this is still an issue.

    Hi JordanGlaski! Thank you for letting us know that you're running into this bug as well! Our team has prioritized other bug fixes for Storyline 360 releases but I'll be sure to update this thread if the fix for this bug is shipped in an upcoming release!
