Audio losing quality in Storyline 360

Hello,

I am adding audio to slides using Storyline 360. My audio clips are 16-bit WAV files. They sound great when I play them on my computer. But once I add them in Storyline, then preview the presentation, the audio does not sound very good. It’s lost a lot of its quality, clarity, and brightness. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

PK

  • Update: solved! I saw a previous discussion about this issue, and it lead me to look at the Quality settings under Publish/Properties. I changed the Audio bitrate to the highest setting, and now my audio sounds great!  Thanks to the archives for helping me on this one!
