Hi all, I have a slide in a module that doesn't have any audio component. However, when I view the slide in preview or on Articulate Review, The narration for another slide in the same module starts playing. I haven't been able to fix this. Does anyone have any idea what is happening? Thanks

Chances are there's an audio file playing from a slide master layout or layer. I'll be happy to locate the file that's playing for you so you can remove it.
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!

Thanks very much. I just viewed the slides in master mode and couldn't find anything. Any chance you could be able to tell me how to do it here? I need to check with a few people before I could send you any files, and this urgent for me.
Update: My colleague tested the file on their computer and It was fine. The ghost narration appears only on my system. Any clue?

That behavior is very odd, especially since your colleague couldn't replicate it using the same project file. Can I ask if you are both using the same version of Storyline 360?
One troubleshooting step you can try is to repair your Storyline 360 installation. If this doesn't fix the problems, please open a case with our support team. We'll need to do further testing if the issue is only happening for you.
