Thank you very much for your help. I got in contact with our LMS provider and they know what causes the problem. We found a way how to make it work. :)

Hi, I don't really know the solution, because our LMS provider solved the problem. But as I remember the problem was connected to the "HTTP Range Request". This range request should be supported by the used browser and the LMS platform. I hope this helps.
