Hi! Im trying to insert an audio file in a slide. I can´t insert it. The files are mp3, wav. In my first slide, I could do it! What is the problem?

Sorry for the trouble! On the first slide, did you import both mp3 and wav files or just one?
Is there any way that you can share the audio files so we can test them on our end? You can share them privately in a support case.
