This is happening to me with many of my SCORM files, and is the most-mentioned critical comment in course surveys on our LMS. I have tested in SCORM Cloud, Review360, and on our LMS. It happens randomly and frequently. Is there any solution?

We aren't seeing this issue being reported by majority of our users, so there's a chance that the issue is file specific. With that being said, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at the behavior? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
