Auto-Link Feature Generates Broken Links

Hi, I frequently discuss file types in my courses like "image.png" or "file.zip". Whenever I type a "." after any text, and it has text immediately after, it turns it into a broken hyperlink.

Example:

So far I've had to manually highlight the text and click Unlink to prevent those automatically broken links from forming. It's been pretty disruptive to my development.

Is there a way to turn off that automatic link feature?

    Thanks for the feedback on the type of functionality you'd like to see in Rise 360!

    Currently, Rise does not offer a setting to disable automatic hyperlinking of text when it looks like a file name or URL. I understand having to manually unlink them individually can feel cumbersome, and slow down your authoring experience.
