Avatar loses expression at the end of narration

I've noticed an issue this morning with my AI avatar where, at the end of the playback, she lowers her gaze into half closed eyes, her lovely smile is pretty much gone and she freeze frames like this. This makes the avatar appear disengaged. I've attached a screenshot to illustrate this.

This is occurring with a saved avatar that I've used successfully in previous projects. The only change is that I've replaced the original voiceover with a new one, so it appears the issue may be related to the newly generated narration rather than the avatar itself.

The avatar did not previously behave this way and would maintain a natural expression until the end of the scene, so this appears to be a regression rather than a feature request.

Has anything changed recently that could be causing this behaviour, and is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Also noticed the Avatar loses here expression, as though she pauses then tries to catch up when she has to voice the word "Acting".

Overall, the audio is only 551 characters long, which I originally had over 4 paragraphs. Thinking it's the paragraphs that were throwing the avatar off, I've bundled them into 1 chunky paragraph instead but to no avail.

I've generated this avatar a few times now hoping the issue will resolve but it hasn't and if anything, on my last generation, I noticed that she's also losing eye contact for a millisecond in between words, enough to be noticeable.

Am I using up my credits due to the system fault? (not sure how the credits work)😕

Character = Photorealistic and one I created with Prompts

Workaround: I've adjusted the speed of the voiceover down to 94% + I've removed the word "Acting" which she stumbled on.
