Average Time Estimate for Rise 360 Course

I searched for an update re: this issue but don't see a recent resolution.  Has there been any update as to an available way to estimate the average time to complete a Rise course for purposes of LMS import and display?

If the tool can't calculate the estimate, are there any recommended best practices for manually calculating it?

When we pilot test any new course, we record the student times.

Until Rise calculates it natively, here's the manual method I use: sum the actual runtimes of every video and audio block, estimate reading time at ~200-250 words per minute for on-screen text, add 30-60 seconds per knowledge check or quiz question (more for scenarios), then add 10-15% for navigation and load time and round up to the nearest 5 minutes. Karl's pilot timing is the gold standard for calibration — I use the formula for the LMS field at launch, then replace it with real median completion times once pilot data comes in.
