Best Practices for Publishing Courses for users on a VPN
Is there a set of best Publishing settings on courses for LMS users that may be on a VPN? For example: is it better to publish with SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004? Or any other settings under the publish s...
Our company has published to both versions of SCORM and had employees successfully complete training that was delivered over the VPN.
I would say that if you're concerned about "eating bandwidth" to check with a reliable source within your IT department. But unless your material consists of HD videos and heavy graphics, I wouldn't think that your choice of SCORM versions would affect the user experience when delivering over VPN.
