Black bars appearing above or below non-360 library images

I am experiencing an issue where a thin black bar is appearing at the top or bottom of images that I manually add to my SL360 courses...it only happens with images I do not select from the Content L...

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue of black bars appearing around your images. I'd like to ask a few clarifying questions to help me troubleshoot:

  • Is this happening with every project where you add your own image, or just one? Have you tried importing the slides into a new project?
  • Are the images cropped or duplicated when you insert them onto your slide?
