I'm running into the same problem. It seems to happen when the scene I'm publishing as a video has more than 3 slides. Not sure if that is a cause or just a correlation, but if anyone knows a fix, I would appreciate any help.
Hello ElizabethRogers! Are you finding that the video is blank initially or for the duration of the video? It would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot so we can see what it looks like on your end!
