Hi Everyone!
Sorry to hear that you've encountered Lesson Header spacing gaps when publishing from Rise 360!
I'm happy to share that we've released a new update for Rise, which corrects this behavior. There's nothing to install for web-based apps, as new features and fixes are immediately available.
Please let us know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you've reported!

The following non-intuitive workflow solved it for us!
- In your course, go to Theme and then Lesson Headers
- Untick "Hide Lesson Headers"
- Use the first lesson header option
- Scroll down and change the header heigt from "Small" to "Medium"
- Now tick "Hide Lesson Headers"
For some reason, this removed the blank space for us. I hope it solves your issue as well!

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with published Rise 360 content.
I see that you're currently working with my teammate Carlo, through a support case. We can continue the conversation there!
