Hi: We're seeing this now with some employees accessing a course through Cornerstone. Cornerstone advised we clear the portal cache, which we have done.
For most people, the course works as expected and it was tested multiple times without issue. However, our help desk has about 10 people experiencing loading problems. When we proxy in it replicates the user's issue and we cannot navigate around it. It says: "Your content is loading" but it never loads.
The only thing we have been able to do is reset their progress or give them credit. Unfortunately the deadline is quickly approaching so we are concerned we might get more instances of this.
Any other ideas?
