Block template did not work

Hi everyone, I am wanting to make employees watch the entire video in this section of my Rise course before they move on.

I attached a few screenshots showing what I felt were the correct settings, however it does not appear to have worked when previewing the course (the Continue button appears instead of the notice to complete the above content). 

Have I overlooked something? I have copied the same settings I used in a prior course so am puzzled.
