blurred screenshot
Hi, I am also having this issue. I've tried the steps described above - making sure browser and display resolution are 100%; taking a screenshot that's the same size as intended for the course; inserting as a PNG rather than JPEG...still it's blurry.
Please help!
Alex

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes, Karen!
I'm sorry you're experiencing a similar issue. I don't see that we received a file from Alexandra for testing purposes, so I don't have an update to share. Any chance you could work with us directly in a support case so we can investigate further? We'll be in touch soon after!

So far, I've tried everything that has been suggested by the message board postings and Support Engineer, and I'm still facing the same issue.
Have you had any luck on your end?

So, I guess the tech gave up on me. The recommendations weren't working for me - so he said he reported the issue as a software bug.
It's so weird because I've used TONS of screenshots with Storyline in the past and have never had this issue. It's very frustrating - I'm going to need to deliver this course to a client soon and the image is still blurry.
Karen, did you get any resolution?
