Blurry Images

I have read countless posts on this issue, but I have checked resolution, compression, screen size, quality, and nothing has solved my blurry image problem. I am trying to load Snagit screenshots into SToryline for a simulation and every time and every way I load them, they appear blurry. Please advise.
