Blurry text and images during preview

In Storyline 3 text and Images (and characters) are blurry in the preview. When the course is published, the text and Images are a little bit clearer but not as clear as in Storyline 2. I tried ...

We have the same issue in Storyline 360. Looks crisp when in the slide - but blurry in preview and when published.

    Hi Ashleigh, 

    I came to this thread because I was experiencing the same issue in Storyline 360. But I applied the software updates and am no longer having any problems. Try applying the updates and hopefully that will help you too :)
