Boiling water

I am trying to create an effect like bubbles boiling up in water. It is getting close with different entrance animations, but I was wondering if anyone found a better way.

Tom, would it be okay to use this for a course I'm current working on? Does credit need to be given? This is an amazing example that would really help me out!
