Thank you for your post. I haven't come across this on the latest version of Storyline 360 as of yet, so I'm glad you reached out!
- Could you share more detail on your relaunching process—were the courses republished?
- If republished: Which update of Storyline 360 are you using? We fixed an issue in Update 42 where course completions and quiz scores weren't recorded in an LMS when the player was set to launch in a new window, so I wonder if this might be related.
