Bouncing around in Rise lessons?

Is there a setting to allow learners to access one Rise lesson at any point, no matter if they've gotten through the rest of the lessons?

I'm adding an activity in a Rise course where I want learners to get with their assigned groups and do an activity. They will have already been sent to start on the Rise independent workbook by the trainers, and at any point during the allotted timeframe to complete the workbook the learners will be pulled into their breakout groups to complete the activity. I want the activity's instructions to live in Rise, but also want them to be able to access it at any time. Any advice?
